<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an extremely rapid measurement performable in an X-ray apparatus of a type performing measurement while changing the state of a sample. SOLUTION: The X-ray apparatus has an X-ray source F generating X-rays R0 allowed to irradiate the sample S, stimulable phosphor 12 receiving X-rays R1 discharged from the sample S in a planar state, a mask 16 having a long opening 15 in the tangential direction E of the Debye ring arranged between the sample S and the stimulable phosphor 12, and a detector moving device 14 for moving the stimulable phosphor 12 so as to carry the different detection surface of the stimulable phosphor 12 to the position corresponding to the opening 15 of the mask 16. By parallelly moving the stimulable phosphor 12 intermittently corresponding to the state change of the sample S as shown by an arrow C, a plurality of sets of Debye rings DR can be recorded at the difference places of the stimulable phosphor 12.</p> |
