PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission apparatus that improves assembly of a compressor. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic clutch 1 comprises: a rotor 10 formed of a magnetic material and rotating around a shaft; a pulley 20 disposed around the rotor 10; and an armature plate mounted on the shaft and attracted by the rotor 10 when the excited. In the electromagnetic clutch 1, a tolerance ring 50 having a wave portion in a circumferential direction thereof is disposed between the pulley 20 and the rotor 10 to integrally couple the pulley 20 to the rotor 10 by the elasticity of the tolerance ring 50.
