PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible nut-tightening type branch pipe used when connecting the branch pipe to an inspection cylinder by integrally fitting a rubber ring socket therewith after connection. SOLUTION: A flange 8 having the diameter larger than that of a connection port 10 cut in the inspection cylinder 9 is provided on one end of a branch pipe body 2 of the nut-tightening type branch pipe 1A, a recessed part 12 is provided on an outer surface of the branch pipe body 2 so as to pass the flange 8 through the connection port 10, the flange 8 is tightly fitted to an inner surface of the inspection cylinder 9 by tightening a nut 22 after the flange 8 is passed, and the branch pipe 1A is fitted to the inspection cylinder 9. A pipe joining part 24 of the rubber ring socket is provided on the branch pipe body 2, and a rubber ring 25 is provided on the nut 22 to realize the flexible branch pipe having the rubber ring socket.
