<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a superior toner having durability and stability which does not cause contamination (fog) in a white base, decrease in image density or deposition of the toner particle component on the surface of a photoreceptor drum when the toner is repeatedly used in a copying machine, printer or the like, which does not cause increase in fog or decrease in transfer efficiency even when the toner changes with time after the toner is left in a high temperature environment, or which does not cause splashing in the machine. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the toner is carried out by mixing toner mother particles containing a binder resin, a coloring agent and a charge controlling agent with a fluidizing agent as an external additive at 10 to 30 m/sec peripheral velocity and then shifting the mixture through a sieve having 120 to 300μm mesh size.</p> |
