PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the performance of the evaporator of a low-temperature- side refrigerant circuit in two refrigerating machines where a high-temperature- side refrigerant circuit and a low-temperature-side refrigerant circuit are connected via a cascode condenser. SOLUTION: An electronic expansion valve (72) is provided at the upstream side of the cascode condenser (70) in a high-temperature-side circuit (8). A pressure sensor (75) is provided at the discharge side of a low-temperature-side compressor (55) of a low-temperature-side circuit (9). An electronic expansion valve (72) of the high-temperature-side circuit (8) is controlled so that the high- pressure-side pressure at the low-temperature-side circuit (9) becomes a specific pressure.
