PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that parallax arises even in the case of joining videos photographed by several video cameras together in order to form a wide video. SOLUTION: A hole 5a is formed in the center of a concave mirror 5, and a convex mirror 12 and a CCD imaging device 6 are arranged so as to sandwich the hole 5a by them, then, an image pickup means 4 having an NP point N outside the CCD imaging device 6 is attained, and the image pickup device is constituted by arranging several image pickup means having the NP point on nearly the same point.
