PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable electronic equipment which is closely urged, is automatically releasably turned by a single operation, is constituted so as to be automatically turned by a predetermined angle such that the automatic turning is easily releasably turned and can be opened/closed by a hand after it is automatically turned and stopped. SOLUTION: An engagement projection 6 and an engagement recessed part 7 are engaged by being urged for engagement by an engagement urging mechanism 5, thereby a turning lock state is retained. When at least one of the engagement projection and the engagement recessed part is separated by a predetermined distance against the engagement urging mechanism by an operation of a release operation part 8, the engagement projection is automatically relatively turned against the engagement recessed part by a predetermined angle until it is butted to the engagement recessed part or an engagement stepped part 10 and is stopped by a turning urging mechanism 9. The engagement projection is again turned by relatively turning a second member against in the same direction by a hand so as to get over the engagement stepped part.
