PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning structure of a lower frame capable of easily cleaning away trash, dust and sand accumulated in a lower frame recessed part of a barrier free type in which the top face of a sash lower frame is formed flat without removing a sash. SOLUTION: In a sash structure of an outdoor opening part formed by upper and lower frames and right and left vertical frames, the top face of the lower frame is formed flat, a sliding piece is hung down from a lower rail side wall of a sash sliding to open and close the flat surface through a sash roller, the lower frame recessed part having a slide groove for guiding the sliding piece is provided on the lower frame, and a horizontal tight material is interposed between the side wall of the lower frame recessed part and the sliding piece. A top flat member provided on the top face of the lower frame is divided into a batten material first member for putting a sash to the right side to be attached and detached, a batten material second member for putting the sash to the left to be attached and detached, and a batten material center member positioned between the batten material first member and the batten material second member, and at least the batten material first member and the batten material second member are removably mounted. The batten material is provided with a knob member at need, and an elastic material is interposed between the knob member and the vertical frame.
