PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint portion structure for a construction machine, which is formed by welding protective members onto opposed surfaces of a base metal forming the fork-shaped joint portion, wherein the joint portion is prevented from cracking caused by stress exerted on the protective member due to inclination of a pin. SOLUTION: According to the joint portion structure, a gap G is formed between an internal peripheral surface of a pin hole 7b of the protective member 7 and the pin 6.
