PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin liniment composition prepared by including an intercellular lipid supplementing ingredient and a capsaicin analogue, excellent in itch reducing effects and skin protective effects, scarcely causing side effects such as an urtication feeling and an irritative feeling, capable of continuously being applied for a long period and having good feeling of use. SOLUTION: This skin liniment composition comprises the intercellular lipid supplementing ingredient and the capsaicin analogue.
