PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an adhesive is spread and scattered in the process of assembling an outer barrel into an inner barrel when an adhesion method is employed, so that in this method, the presentable appearance of a finished product is significantly impaired, and the outer barrel rotates amidst writing, promoting a feel of incongruity, even by the slight loosening of a tip member, when an insertion method is employed. SOLUTION: This outer barrel and inner barrel fixing structure works in such a way that one of the ends of each of the outer barrel and the inner barrel is fixed by a screwing structure and a screwed part is formed at the other end of the outer barrel or the inner barrel and further, a fixing member is screwed into the screwed part, with the fixing member brought into contact with the other edge face of the outer barrel or the inner barrel.
