PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet head which can increase the degree of integration of an ink ejection nozzle for ejecting ink mist and can record an image having high resolution. SOLUTION: In the ink jet head provided with the ink ejection nozzle and an ink liquid chamber communicating with the ink ejection nozzle and forming a high frequency vibration plate on one wall face, and ejects the ink mist from the ink ejection nozzle using ultrasonic waves in ink liquid in the ink liquid chamber to be generated by driving the high frequency vibration plate, the problem is solved by increasing the aspect ratio of the wall face profile of the ink liquid chamber wall face abutting on the vibration face of the high frequency vibration plate to be more than one.
