PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web liner which can be easily released by minimizing a contact area with a winding objective. SOLUTION: The web liner 10 is woven using a warp 12 comprising four pieces of filament cord 18 of a fine diameter between filament cords 16 of a thick diameter and a weft comprising only the filament cord 18 of a fine diameter. On both sides of the web liner 10, a difference of elevation is generated between the part of the filament cord 16 of a thick diameter and the part of the filament cord 18 of a fine diameter. Further, this web liner reduces a contact area as a whole with an unvulcanized rubber member 20, compared to the web liner using filament cords of the same diameter as the warp and the weft.
