PURPOSE: A security paper to prevent forgery and falsification of a payment written guarantee, an appraisive guarantee, a contract document, a receipt, a certificate of a seal impression and so on, make it possible to do security and certification easily and to distinguish forgery and falsification by a coloring applicator, and the coloring applicator thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: The security paper is obtained by a process containing the steps of: mixing 40-20% of methyl alcohol with 2-ethoxy ethanol to manufacture 1 liter of A solution; mixing 10-20g of phthalein and 130-170g of fusil resin or CKR resin with A solution; mixing 15-25cc of oleic acid having 180-220deg.C; mixing 0.01-0.001g of Si to produce a secret ink composition; and then forming invisible mark(13) with the composition. The coloring applicator contains a coloring composition coloring the secret ink composition. The coloring composition is obtained by adding alkali aqueous solution such as Ca(OH)2, KOH to 1000cc of H2O to make solution having PH 8.5-10; and adding 20-40% of ethyl alcohol.
