<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective method for manufacturing a form transcription material with a little energy consumption, suitable for obtaining a metallic or metal oxidic porous compact having a sufficiently large specific surface area. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the form transcription material is characterized in that the method comprises a coating process wherein a mixture containing a precursor of a compound having a melting point of >=500 deg.C and a carrier is brought into contact with an inflammable cast mold under the condition that the carrier becomes supercritical fluid under the presence of a reaction initiator, thereafter the precursor and the reaction initiator are made to be reacted, and also the inflammable cast mold is coated with the reaction products, and a burning process wherein at least a part of the inflammable cast mold is burnt, thereby the burning is performed under the atmosphere of 1-15 vol.% oxygen concentration, at the temperature of 350-450 deg.C.</p> |
