PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blur correction device which is light in weight and is easy to assemble. SOLUTION: This image blur correction device corrects image blurs by moving and controlling a correction lens 1 in two directions within a plane perpendicular to the optical axis. A pitching movement frame 2, which holds the correction lens 1 and is freely movable in the vertical and lateral directions, respectively, by means of a yawing movement frame is provided with a laminated substrate formed two coil patterns 7A and 7B which drive the frame in the vertical and lateral directions, respectively. A stationary frame 5 is provided with magnets, which are disposed across yokes facing the coil patterns 7A and 7B and Hall elements 8A and 8B fixed to the laminated substrate 6 and face the magnets and detect the position of the correction lens 1. The device is provided with a flexible printed circuit board 9 for drawing out the wiring of the coil patterns 7A and 7B and Hall elements 8A and 8B of the laminated substrate 6 to a connector 15 on the stationary frame 5 side from the pitching movement frame on the moving side. |
