PURPOSE:To measure element current to be measured accurately and to make a comparison and decision possible by performing optimization for a range of measuring electric current and the conversion in the comparison and decision level corresponding to said action at a real time. CONSTITUTION:Voltage 5 is applied to an optional terminal of an IC from an outputted terminal of a voltage applying circuit 1 through a measuring range circuit 2 for electric current and a terminal 7, and then an electric current flowing through the terminal of the IC is converted into a voltage of the circuit 2. Then, the voltage 14 is compared with a detecting level 20 for range changeover at a detecting circuit 16 and the condition of a storage circuit 17 of a range changeover state of measuring electric current is changed according to this result of comparison. And, the range of the circuit 2 is changed over by a range changeover signal generating circuit 8. Also, a comparison and decision level 13 for an electric current value is converted automatically in accordance with the range changeover of measuring electric current by an automatic converting circuit 9 of electric current value decision level and then the comparison and decision of the measured electric current is performed by a decision circuit 4 in this decision level. |
