PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device which can highly accurately fix an arm to a pivot while eliminating a housing to reduce a number of part items. SOLUTION: A pivot 1 is rotatably supported by two bearings 3, 4 relating to a fixed shaft, a swing arm 5 is fixed to the pivot 1, this swing arm 5 is fixedly bonded to an outer ring end face 4c of a lower bearing outer ring 4a, making an external diameter 4b larger than an external diameter 3b of an upper bearing outer ring 3a, with the outer ring external diameter 3b of the upper bearing 3 serving as the reference surface, no housing of constitution like in the past is used.
