PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide and incident- and reflected-light metering exposure meter, constituted in such a manner that the photodetecting section is made exchangeable while having the conventional functions and that other metering attachments are made usable, by fitting the exposure meter with the attachments in place of the photodetecting section. SOLUTION: Attachable and detachable mounts 101 and 102, photodetecting body lifting mechanism 101b, 103b and 108 built into these mounts and photodetecting body 109 mounted in a moving section 106 of the photodetecting body lifting mechanism are constituted as a unit in a photodetecting section head 201 of an exposure meter body 200. Mounts 204a and 204b, which can be coupled to the mounts described above, are formed in the photodetecting section head 201. The exposure meter is, so constituted that the photodetecting body 109 and a photodetector supporting cylinder 205 disposed at the photodetecting section head 201 are aligned on a single line, when both mounts are coupled.
