PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding/ejecting device capable of economically and universally processing flat elements at a high speed. SOLUTION: In this feeding/ejecting device 20 for the flat elements 2 in a processing machine of the flat elements 2, in particular, a package manufacturing machine 10, plural lines of the flat elements 2 are continuously fed onto three conveyor belts 13, 23, 33. These flows are circulatively fed to a stacker 40 by a flow driving and cutting mechanism 60. In this device 20, at least one flow can be independently excluded toward an exclusion conveyor belt 90 having the flat elements 2 scanned as defects. The mechanism 60 has two carriages, that is, an upper carriage 61 and a lower carriage 62 capable of being simultaneously moved at the same speed along an axis in parallel to the flow line 22 in the directions opposite to each other.
