PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such that a wooden form is hard to handle due to great buoyancy during construction of a concrete structure in the sea by means of the form, such that a metal form makes work of a diver hard and makes construction costs high due to long hours of work in the sea because the metal form is assembled by a coupler such as a bolt, and such that concrete leaks out due to the formation of a gap between the form and foundation ground when unevenness and irregularities exist on the foundation ground, where the form is installed, in the sea. SOLUTION: Characteristically, two main bodies formed of an elastic material are made to face each other at a prescribed interval and coupled together by a spacer so as to constitute the form, and a floating body is coupled to the form or the single main body for the purpose of moving the form or the main body in the sea.
