PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a spherical polyester resin particle dispersion for an adhesive, exhibiting a sharp thermal meltability, excellent wettability to a material to be bonded, high adhesive force, excellent durability of heat resistance, water resistance, etc., and excellent storage stability. SOLUTION: This spherical polyester resin particle dispersion for an adhesive is a dispersion of a spherical polyester resin particle obtained by dispersing a resin melt (I) containing a polyester resin (A) containing a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group, having 10,000-500,000 weight-average molecular weight into an aqueous medium (I) while maintaining the resin (A) in a molten state and contains a suspending agent (B).
