摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement chip for biosensors that can detect and measure a microbe, a virus, or an environmental hormone in real time and with high sensitivity without using any complex operations and labeled substances. SOLUTION: The chip for measuring surface plasmon resonance biosensors comprises an optically transparent substrate, a metal thin film formed on the substrate, an aminosilane film formed on the metal thin film, and a biologically active substance immobilized onto the aminosilane film. In the chip, at least one type of substance selected from a group comprising concanavalin A as a biologically active substance, sialo sugar chain containing sialic acid, estrogen receptor, testosterone receptor, and cyclodextrin as biologically active substances is used.
