PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head mount display which does not require a lens for correction even if a device is arranged at a point-blank rang from an eyeball. SOLUTION: This head mount display has a display section composed of a panel arrayed with many light emitting elements which are arranged at prescribed intervals at the front of the eyeball and emit coherent light. The display device is constituted by curving this panel at prescribed curvature in such a manner that the display pattern displayed in the display section focuses at the retina in the deep part of the eyeball by taking the refractive index relating to the medium of the crystalline lens existing in an air layer between the display section and the eyeball and in the anterior portion of the eyeball into consideration.
