PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an object to be inspected stably conveyable while preventing the leak of X-rays. SOLUTION: A plurality of shielding curtains 15 are provided along the conveyer belt 10 of a conveying part to prevent the leak of X-rays generated in an X-ray generation part 1 to the outside. A slip sheet 16 low in the coefficient of friction is provided to each of the shielding curtains 15 on the front side of the feeding direction in a superposed state. The object W to be inspected is conveyed and moved along a conveyer belt 10 and comes into contact with the slip sheet 16 at the time of passage through each of the shielding curtains 15 and pushes up each of the shielding curtains 15 to pass. By this constitution, the object W to be inspected can be conveyed in a stable state without being caught to stop or reverse.
