PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure high working efficiency in an arrangement of a form and a separator without reference to a shape or dimensions of a continuous footing, and enable the strength of the form to be adequately ensured during placing of concrete. SOLUTION: A concrete form material is provided with a recess longer in a horizontal direction on a surface of a form panel molded by means of a foamed resin. The form material is also provided with a separator locking member composed of a buried plate, which is buried within the form panel and made large in area, and a joiner guiding part which is coupled to the buried plate and wherein plural joiners for locking an end of the separator are arranged slidably in the horizontal direction. The joiner guiding part is exposed in the recess.
