PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly execute load carriage work in stairs traveling as well as load carriage work on a general road, especially to release the burden or hard labor of the carriage work in complicated stairs such as step-by-step descent in the stairs with lifting a truck itself or one-by-one transshipment of loads when ascending/descending the stairs. SOLUTION: This stairs-ascending/descending and lift-equipped truck instrument has a suspension type carriage for placing the loads for the purpose of use as an carriage instrument usable for both the general road traveling and the stairs traveling. When carrying the instrument on the general road, wheels provided in a skeleton bar (a skeleton bar with the wheels, stairs-ascending/ descending device equipment and a lever type stairs-running-up/down device) suspending the carriage are used, and a general road-traveling handle is pushed. When carrying the instrument in the stairs traveling, the stairs-ascending/ descending device is used, a stairs-traveling handle is lifted up and is pushed or pulled. When carrying a heavy load in the stairs traveling, the lever type stairs-running-up/down device is used, and the instrument is moved up/down for the carriage.
