PURPOSE: A urine analyzer is provided to shorten time taken for sensing the color of strip and reduce cost for analysis by analyzing only a predetermined amount of strip. CONSTITUTION: A urine analyzer comprises a tray having a flat plate where a plurality of strip mount grooves are formed in parallel; an optical sensing unit(400) having a color sensor for sensing the reaction color of the strip transferred by the tray; a control unit(300) for outputting a control signal for controlling operation of the transfer device and optical sensing unit so as to perform optical sensing operation at the ideal reaction time of the strip; and an input/output unit(200) for inputting command to the control unit and outputting image information in accordance with the signal output from the control unit. A plurality of strips arrayed in parallel with each other at the tray are sequentially transferred to the optical sensing unit through the transfer device. The optical sensing unit includes a camera for converting reaction color of the strip into image information.
