PURPOSE: A body massage machine is provided to rapidly relieve user's fatigue, to continuously massage for a long time, and to more smoothly massage muscle by using springs, thus facilitating the circulation of blood. CONSTITUTION: A body massage machine comprises spring for stably kneading the shoulder, the legs, and the arms while adjusting a compressive strength thereof, instead of a typical vibrating massage device. The springs are constructed to be extended or constricted according to the rotation of a motor to apply an appropriate pressure to the arms and the legs of the body, thus smoothly facilitating the circulation of blood.
