PURPOSE: A bid processing method and system is provided to prevent an unfair or unreliable process of a conventional real world bidding, and to enable an order placer to actively participate in a bidding process by offering a proper bid winning criteria so that it can enhance a reliability of a bid winner. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of an order placer accessing a bid management server, operated by the order placer itself, and registering a bid notification, the bid management server storing the bid registration data at a database, the bid management server transmitting the bid registration data to a connection server, the connection server storing the bid registration data at a database, a bidder accessing the connection server(S11), the bidder passing a member authentication procedure(S13), the bidder selecting a menu of a bid participation, searching the database for a bid, extracting the bid registration data(S15), the bidder clicking on corresponding bid registration data and then the connection server linking the bidder to the bid management server(S21), the bidder applying a bid participation to the bid management server(S23), the bid management server giving an authority code to the bidder and storing the authority code at a database(S25), the order placer checking the bid application and giving a bid participation right to the bidder based on the check result(S33), the bidder accessing the connection server if a bid time has come, the bidder passing an authentication procedure, the bidder selecting a corresponding bid registration data, the connection server linking the bidder to the bid management server, the bidder inputting a bid price and the authority code, the bid management server checking the authority code and storing the bid price at a database, the bid management server selecting a bid winner among the bidders according to a bid winning criteria, and the bid management server transmitting data on the bid winner to the connection server.
