PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of examining a number of specimens effectively regarding the presence of the mutation in nucleic acid sequence while suppressing the possibility of making mistake in the judgment to an extremely low level. SOLUTION: The method is carried out by a reaction using a nucleic acid synthetase having 3',5'-exonuclease activity or a mixture of a 3',5'-exonuclease and a nucleic acid synthetase, and an oligonucleotide primer whose 3'-terminal side is modified for inhibiting a nucleic acid reaction. |
