PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a chucking arm for holding a work piece by moving parallel a pair of chucking block with an electric motor as drive source to change moving distance, chucking force and operation speed of the chucking arm extremely easily to optimal conditions in accordance with the handling work piece, and to process sensitive electronic parts that dislike the existence of dust by preventing completely the generation of minute dust accompanied by the operation. SOLUTION: The electric motor 2 that the rotation speed and the positive/ reverse rotation can be changed is used as drive source, and a pair of drive pin 16 of a drive rotor 3 are engaged to a U shaped groove 4c formed on a main body part 4b of a pair of protruded chucking block 4, and the drive rotor 3 is rotated by the electric motor 2 and chucking arms 4a are moved parallel in the approaching or parting direction mutually for chucking a work piece 19. |
