PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water washing stool with an adipometer allowing even by a person having body fat dislocated to one side to accurately and inexpensively measure a body fat rate, and excellent in convenience in use. SOLUTION: This hot water washing stool 1 with the adipometer has the adipometer 10 for calculating the body fat rate by measuring organismic impedance between a hand and a hip part by a plurality of electrodes 8a and 8b arranged on the stool 5, and a manual electrode 9 contacting with either of left or right one hand. The manual electrode 9 is arranged on an operation part 4 on a skirt part 3 of a body 2 or adjacently to the operation part 4, and even the person having the body fat dislocated to one side around the waist can accurately measure the body fat rate by measuring the impedance between the hand and the hip part or a thigh part, and the usability is improved by reducing a hand movement at operation time of the hot water washing stool 1 and measuring time of the body fat rate.
