WATER-SEALED DISPOSAL SITE FOR LAYING UNDER GROUND

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a water-sealed disposal site for laying waste under the ground, which has strong durability and exhibits a satisfactory water barrier function and in which toxic materials can be prevented surely from infiltrating into the ground. SOLUTION: This water-sealed disposal site is constructed by digging the ground and forming a laminated structure containing a water keeping layer 3 which has a water sealing function and is formed on the surface of the dug ground 1 and an inside soil sheltering layer 4 which has a water permeating function and is formed on the layer 3 so that waste can be dumped and earth and sand can be buried in the constructed disposal site. Water can be sealed in the disposal site thus constructed and the water containing toxic materials can be prevented from infiltrating into the ground 1 side since water infiltrates from the layer 3 to the waste side through the layer 4.
