PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel telecommunication type medical system used for various medical uses for internal organs of various types. SOLUTION: This telecommunication type medical system has a telecommunication type medical sensor implanted for measuring an in vivo parameter of a patient. This sensor has a housing, and a membrane arranged on one end, and deformable according to the parameter. A microchip is arranged inside the housing, and transmits a signal for indicating the parameter through the membrane. This system has a signal reading and charging device arranged outside the body of the patient, and communicating with the sensor. This device has a casing, and the external circuit. The circuit has a logical control unit, and a processing unit. The logical control unit transmits a power supply signal for remotely supplying electric power to the sensor, and receives a signal transmitted from the sensor. The processing unit is connected to the logical control unit, and converts the signal from the sensor into the measuring parameter.
