PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor drier system of a simple structure and capable of easily changing the angle of an arm by simple operation. SOLUTION: The outdoor drier system comprises a base member 14 to be mounted on a building 11 and an arm member 44 to be rotatably mounted on the base member 14 by way of a substantially horizontal shaft member 62. The arm member 44 comprises rod receiving portions 46 that are through holes formed therein at even intervals. The shaft member 62 comprises a spring 68, which axially expands and contracts to change a distance between the arm member 44 and the base member 14 within a predetermined range and urge the former to the latter. The base member 14 comprises a plurality of engaging projections 30 that are engaging portions radially formed around the shaft member 62, while the arm member 44 comprises on one side surface thereof a plurality of inserting portions 52 that are engaging members projecting toward the base member 14 radially in accordance with the engaging projections 30 to be engaged therewith. The inserting portions 52 of the arm member 44 are inserted into gaps among pairs of engaging projections 30 of the base member 14 to be retained thereby.
