PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the blood flow rate of a respiration aid by the device of simple constitution. SOLUTION: A differential pressure detection means 38 is positioned parallelly to the artificial lung of an extracorporeal blood circulation path (main circuit 10). The differential pressure detection means is provided with two partition films 46 and 48 and a part between the films is filled with physiological saline. One part partitioned by the partition films 46 and 48 is communicated to an artery side and the other part is communicated to a vein side. By the differential pressure of the artery side and the vein side, the partition films 46 and 48 are deformed and the flow rate is obtained on the basis of the deformation amount.
