PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper exchange timing sensor and a diaper exchange timing detecting device wherein labor to adjust an attaching location is eliminated. SOLUTION: The diaper exchange timing sensor is constituted of a diaper body 1, a dedicated sheet 2 which is fitted while being superposed on the surface on human body side of the diaper body 1, and four resonance bodies 3a to 3d which are pasted to the surface on the human body side of the dedicated sheet 2. Respective resonance bodies 3a to 3d are constituted by forming a coil pattern 12 and a capacitor pattern 13 which is electrically connected with the coil pattern 12 on a rectangular insulating sheet 11. The resonance body 3a which is arranged in the vicinity of a urinating location is arranged at the approximate center location in the shorter width direction of the dedicated sheet 2 while making the longitudinal direction be approximately in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the dedicated sheet 2. Also, other resonance bodies 3b to 3d are formed in such a manner that the longitudinal directional dimension may have approximately the same dimension as the shorter width directional dimension of the dedicated sheet 2. Thereby, the resonance bodies 3b to 3d are arranged in such a manner that the longitudinal direction may be approximately orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the dedicated sheet 2.
