PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated coil by a method wherein a part of the coil is printed on an electrically insulating magnetic substance sheet by conductive paste and then the half of right and left of the coil is alternately covered with magnetic sheet for printing a part of the coil and terminals are connected to a coil. CONSTITUTION:Terminals 1S, 2S and a part 2, 3 of a coil are printed on a square insulative sheet 1 printed on a suitable substrate surface. Next, the insulative sheet 4 is printed on the left half of the insulative sheet 1 and coil sections 5, 6 are printed to connect the coil sections 5, 6 to the coil sections 2, 3. Next, coil sections 8, 9 are printed by printing an insulative sheet 7 on the right half of the insulator sheet 1. Similar printing is successively repeated by the desired number of times to provide terminals 1F, 2F. The terminals 1F, 2F are formed in one united body by pressure baking and the terminals, 1F and 2S are connected. The terminals 1S and 2F are used as external terminals. This permits to manufacture a small-sized laminated coil. |
