PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication game environment of a new form which enables the playing of games in a mass participation style through an Internetwork and a dedicated line of a cellular phone. SOLUTION: In a server which provides the communication game which enables the playing thereof in the mass participation style through the Internetwork and the dedicated line of the cellular phone, when a demand for participation is received from a terminal of a user who is playing a game, a message of demanding for the participation to the game is transmitted to other users thereby eliminating the shortage of game participants.
