PURPOSE:To obtain uniform clamping pressure for a tie rod without decreasing the rigidity of a frame owing to the special addition of a heating window, by claming and embedding the tie rod, incorporated and erected in the frame, by the heat of low melting-point metal packed in the hollow space in the frame. CONSTITUTION:One-body or assembled frames 1 and 1' are constituted in a hollow body 3, and a tie rod 2 is incorporated. Then, an enough amount of low melting point metal 4, such as zinc and lead to heat the rod 2 is charged through the charging hole 6 of the hollow body 3. For example, it is charged half or two-thirds as high as the hollow 3, and consequently when the rod 2 is heated by the heat of the metal 4 up to a prescribed temperature distribution III, clamping is started and when in a temperature distribution, V, the clamping is completed. Thus, the frames 1 and 1' and tie rod 2 clamped by nuts 5 with prescribed clamping force are cooled naturally to solidify the metal 4, and they are united while embedded. |
