PURPOSE:To inform to the opposite side quickly and clearly as to the following operation guidance, a fault, an end notice, etc. when a subscriber's voice is being recorded, by constituting a subscriber's telephone set and a switchboard of 4 wires so that they can executed transmission and reception independently. CONSTITUTION:A subscriber's telephone set 31 and a switchboard 33 of 4 wires are connected by a transmission line 32 of 4 wires, respectively, so that transmission and reception can be executed independently. In this state, a sound signal from the transmission side of the telephone set 31 is store-converted to a sound storing and reproducing device 34 through the switchboard 33, and simultaneously, a sound for service stored in the sound storing and reproducing device 34 is reproduced-converted 37 so that it can be transmitted to the receiving side of the telephone set 31. In this way, when a subscriber's voice is being recorded, the following guidance, a fault notice, an end notice, etc. can be informed clearly by a voice from the storing device without being mixed with the subscriber's voice. |
