摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimized product which is small, power-saved, generates little noise and has a long service life by maximizing efficiency of electrical energy through mechanical energy by optimizing the structure and the performance of a micro flat vibrating motor. SOLUTION: A freely rotatable electric rotor has equally spaced two core loess coils. Three commutator segments on a printed circuit board are equally spaced by 120 degrees around the perimeter of a commutator. A bearing made of a dry antifriction alloy material is resin-molded by means of a die together with a wiring printed circuit board on which two core loess coils are soldered. Two brushes matched with the rotating direction of the electric rotor is fixed on a flexible substrate, and are provided with a field permanent magnet on which two poles of N and S are flatly pagnetized, and then a shaft is adhered and fixed on a fixed lower case with a special shape. After the rotor and an upper and lower thrust bearing washers are set to the shaft of a lower case, assembly work is performed in an upper case.
