PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom mattress which has a surface to fit a body when sleeping and promises to have a good sleep without pressing hips. SOLUTION: A depression is made on a surface of a bottom mattress where the hips come when sleeping. The bottom mattress has a contour to fit the body lying on his/her side or back, and the shallow depression made at a place where the hips come makes the pressure to the body even. The bottom mattress gives good effects on a human body to sleep on the mattress in a comfortable posture, and the blood pressure, autonomic nerves, and thoughts are soothed by modulating the bloodstream.
