PURPOSE: A method of preparing mixed laver of sheet laver and seaweed laver by adding 0.1 to 5% by weight of chitosan oligosaccharide to conventional laver material is provided which makes it possible to form a laver sheet without the addition of a binding agent and produces mixed laver having good color and low brittleness during drying.
