PURPOSE: A system and a method for making a guest book by using the Internet are provided to conveniently and promptly produce a guest book by using the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of opening a personal web guest book account of a user on an Internet web guest book server of a service provider(210) and issuing a guest ID of the user(220), uploading digital data on the personal guest book account by issuing a user management ID(270). The service provider carries out data conversion and uploads as a proxy with response to a request(250). The guests leaves messages on the guest book by using the guest ID(300). A desired print format and file format is transferred to the computer of the user desiring to print directly after the use term of the personal guest book account(350). A file is retransferred to the user after correction, compensation, and reproduction, printing the guest book by using a printing file and the printer of the user. A printed guest book is directly provided to the user without a printer.
