PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply device which can continuously supply water over a long period and can further supply the water under the fine control of the water supply rate, and to provide a watering device used for water supply. SOLUTION: This water supply device comprises a water tank, a water supply pipe directly or indirectly connected to the water tank, and a supplied water-adjusting mechanism disposed at the tip of the water supply pipe. The adjusting mechanism can adjust water supply rate to <=1 cc/hr. |
