PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating tool raising-up device of an endoscope causing no tear of a base end projecting part of an electric insulating tube arranged along an inner peripheral surface of a guide coil, and capable of surely maintaining electric insulating performance to an operation wire even after treating tool raising-up operation is repeated. SOLUTION: An electric insulating protective cylinder 39 is fitted by surrounding the base end projecting part of the flexible electric insulating tube 37 arranged along the inner peripheral surface of the guide coil 36 into which the operation wire 22 is inserted.
