PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-water separator preventing the supply of water accumulated in a water separation filter to a diesel engine. SOLUTION: The fluid-water separator has a bottomed cylindrical housing body member 3 having a space part 3a therein and the water separation filter 20 arranged to the upper part of the space part 3a. The water separation filter 20 has a cylindrical shape and has a top plate 21, a bottom plate 23 and the filter part 30 held between the top plate 21 and the bottom plate 23. The filter part 30 comprises a metal net having a small mesh size. A first water discharge hole 27 for discharging water stored in the water separation filter 20 into the space part 3a below the housing body member 3 is formed to the almost central part of the bottom plate 23.
