PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and efficiently remove a stain of mainly a surface of a floor surface by a prescribed cleaning liquid regardless of a property of the stain. SOLUTION: This device is provided with ultrasonic vibrators 1 and 55 for outputting an ultrasonic wave having a prescribed frequency for cleaning, and vibrator holding means 2 and 54 for movably holding these ultrasonic vibrators 1 and 55. While maintaining a state of making the ultrasonic vibrators 1 and 55 to be closely adjacent (or being allowed to abut) to cleaning places 100 and 200, the prescribed cleaning liquid is always sent in between an ultrasonic wave output surface of the ultrasonic vibrators 1 and 55 and the cleaning places 100 and 200 opposed to this surface, and cleaning is performed while moving the vibrator holding means 2 and 54 along the cleaning places 100 and 200.
